Paige’s Pale knockoff

I’ve kind of standardized my brewing practices more or less.  I suppose after getting a few more batches under my belt and doing a bit more study I might change things up a bit but for now I’m working with a process that works well for me.  This is my knockoff of Paige’s Pale Ale as shown on TastyBrew.

Tasting notes: smooth, not overly hoppy.  An easy drinker for folks who might not like a bigger IPA.
